The movie is a nice cold war spy story with some good acting by Jacqueline Bisset, Claire Trevor and James Brolin. The story drags quite a bit. I found myself putting the movie on pause to do other stuff. There is a lot of Jacqueline Bisset in this movie and a nice if not very revealing scene of her in the bath tub. American Claire Trevor plays a memorable role as Sam the very British sounding and looking police informant who sells neckties as a front. James Brolin stars as the pickpocket who finally decides to go straight and straight into the arms of Jacqueline Bisset. There is a bit of action at the end but nothing really remarkable, as well as some comic relief in the final scene. The Capetown scenery was good and provided and interesting setting for the story. The story is good but, it seems to drag a lot.
