This must be the only movie I have ever seen from the Philipines, and on the basis of the content herein, it is easy to believe that this is the ONLY move ever produced by the Philipines. The somewhat irrelevant plot line revolves around an international terrorist group who are threatening to kill one leading Philipino businessman every day that they are not paid 1 Billion Pesos. In steps "Agent 00", Interpol agent and midget kung-fu master. And that is it. This movie cannot decide whether it is supposed to belong to the action or comedy genres and therefore is lacking in direction or consistency. Agent 00 himself seems wooden and his action sequences make Chuck Norris look like the balletic action hero he never was. For some reason every philipino woman wants to bed Agent 00, but he is far too concerned with his job for romantic entanglement until the final reel. The baddy (his name escapes me) is perhaps the best thing about the movie; his hammy acting is fantastic and the actor providing his dubbed voice is superb - he comes across more as a cliched mexican bandito than an international terrorist, but he is great nonetheless. Weird and bizarre comedy/action film about Interpol agent00 and his efforts to stop a criminal terrorist gang. Agent00 is a midget who chases the bad guys on his minibike and engages them in fistfights and gun battles. His favorite martial arts move is to kick the bad guys in their private parts ( which explains why he is not good at fighting the female baddies ). This really is one strange film. There are some good location shots of Manila. Also some good scenes involving scantily dressed lovely  young ladies. When the boss sends agent00 on a stake out he tells the agent to keep a low profile. All the women want him and all the men want to be him. The villains have the best evil laugh in what might be the history of film making. When the evil ones do capture the little agent , they lock him up in a birdcage. Watch in awe as agent00 jumps his minibike over a huge gulley and tight rope walks a telephone line to escape from the crooks. Yes it's true this movie has nonstop thrills and chills and a little spice to boot.   All this leads up to a very exciting climax to the film. I am sure that if you are a fan of strange and offbeat movies you will surely enjoy this flick.
