Probably what started my lifelong interest in Science Fiction. Unfortunately (fortunately?), Joel & the Bots only got through the first eight episodes it (and part of the ninth) before giving up.  It's pretty cheesy and stereotypical, but then again that's part of the charm of these Republic serials.
