When one small time hood, Rick, is roughed up by "Mr Scarface" Manzari (Jack Palance) and thrown out of his gang, he is taken in by wannabe hardman Tony from a rival gang. Together they plot to rob Manzari of several million Lira (this is pre-Euro, so we are probably talking about $50 USD!) and unintentionally spark a gang war, with both sides hunting their puny butts. As a result, both of the pretty boys are reduced to driving around Rome(?) in a "badass" (ROFL) dune buggy with some old fat bloke for comic relief. Little does Tony know that Rick has huge score to settle with Manzari - Manzari killed Rick's dad!
