Absolutely delightful comedy. Stuffy (and henpecked) banker Cosmo Topper encounters the ghosts of his bank's biggest shareholders, George and Marian Kerby. Although they die in an auto accident, they cannot truly "pass on" until they do a good deed.
Cosmo becomes their project, and they are determined to show him that life is worth living.
Constance Bennett and Roland Young walk away with the movie, although the supporting cast (including Arthur "Dagwood" Lake and Billie "Glinda" Burke)is just great.
